I’ve always really loved birds, but this summer I became aware of shorebirds with a whole new appreciation. I’ve grown up at the beach and they’re not new to me, but I saw them in a whole new way. This little guy is fascinating. Love those eyes!
I feel this way about birds in general. Yes, I’ve been surrounded by them my whole life, but I didn’t really begin to take notice of them until about six months ago. They are fascinating!!
