Simple park play… ride scooters at the skate park!
We like to go when the park is quiet, when the big kid skateboarders aren’t there. And safety always comes first.. notice my son has on a helmet and both elbow and knee pads.

Love the safety equipment. There’s a skate park in town and every time I drive by it I see about 8 or 9 kids with skateboards, rollerblades and other modes of mayhem but nary a helmet. I know I never wore one when I was a kid but I honestly didn’t even know they existed. Now I wear one to mountain bike. I’m too fond of my brain. 😀 Looks like he’s having fun today.

He’s a total safety kid. He always makes sure we have every piece of safety equipment in place before we head out. I think that’s because my husband is a cyclist, so he sees daddy in his helmet all the time.
